About This Project
Arty Party’s dance group, Boundless, encourages and support adults with learning and/or physical disabilities to take part in stimulating and enjoyable physical activity. Boundless is a name chosen by the group during lockdown to represent the wish to overcome and break down barriers. The group is led and supported by an experienced professional facilitator, who through dance aims to increase and maintain strength and flexibility and stimulate blood flow through lively and challenging activity. Participants develop and adapt sequences according to their own ability, building individual memory and teamwork skills during group sessions.
